Billy Waldrop, MBA has over fifteen years of experience in Information Technology Management, including classroom training and project management, as well as professional development instruction. His experience also includes designing and deploying solutions that solve business problems, allowing organizations to deliver new products and services, and support strategic objectives.
Billy has developed a number of enterprise solutions for healthcare and educational organizations, including standard policies, procedures, and templates. He has demonstrated the ability to establish productive relationships with internal and external customers at all levels, including senior executive personnel and physicians. Additionally, he is trained and experienced in strategic planning and the requisite tactical implementation of defined objectives.
Billy is passionate about leadership in our homes, communities, and organizations. He currently works for a large national healthcare provider in the Southeast and operates his own consulting business that focuses on strategic IT initiatives. He also conducts professional training seminars for various corporate and educational entities in management and leadership.
